Authorities have charged a fourth person with following a teenager off a MetroLink train in Pagedale, shooting him and robbing him of his cellphone and firearm.
"I just want them to catch them. I feel so empty," Cherelle Johnson said.
Kenneth Hall was arrested in connection to the deadly shooting of 19-year-old Jaylin Johnso early Friday morning in Pagedale.
Kenneth Alexander J. Hall, 28, was charged Monday with second-degree murder and first-degree robbery. His bail was set at $750,000 cash.
