KOTA BARU (Bernama): Telecommunication companies will be fined if they fail to provide the services as promised to consumers, says Communications and Multimedia Minister Tan Sri Annuar Musa.
The commission says its Jendela Map was directing telcos to upgrade Internet connectivity based on consumer feedback, with over 18,000 reports filed since the map was launched in July.
