Briefs: Brummell arrested; fire; more Back to video Officers arrested Gerald “Guy” Brummell, 57, at a Sidney Street home at about 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Quinte West OPP announced Thursday. The arrest involved local detectives plus officers of the Provincial Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement squad and digital forensics specialists of the OPP investigation and support bureau.
