Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) (MANILA BULLETIN) In a statement, the IBP said that the AFP’s Human Rights Office (AFPHRO), led by Col. Joel Alejandro S. Nacnac, held an online meeting with IBP President Domingo Egon Q.
