Driver In Court Over Careless Driving And Negligently Causing Harm
Mohamed Alhassan a driver has appeared before the Kaneshie District Court on the charges of careless driving and negligently causing harm to one Kwaku Pepreh, now deceased. Alhassan’s plea was preserved as the matter will be sent to the Attorney- General’s office for advice following the death of the victim. The court presided over by Ms Ama Adomako Kwakye however admitted Alhassan to bail in the sum of GH¢ 15,000.00 with two sureties to reappear on February 4, next year.
