Johnathon Bindues (VCDC) ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — A Los Lunas High School basketball coach already accused of sending sexually explicit messages to one of his players is now facing rape charges after the 15-year-old told police they had sex. Johnathon Bindues is facing four counts each of criminal sexual penetration and criminal sexual contact of a minor, both second degree felonies.
