ANAM has announced the 20 composers commissioned to write works for its third-year students and create a rich addition to the Australian music canon.

As Spafford prepares to head out on leg two of their extensive Fall 2023 Tour, another release of band selected live songs is set for October 11th.  Live Wax, Vol. 1 will be Spafford’s eighth live album collection and their first ever live release on the always popular vinyl record.  Live Wax, Vol. 1 features incredible performances of “Plans” from the February 1st show at Beachland Ballroom in Cleveland, OH and “When it Falls” from the January 16th show at The Charleston Pour House in Charleston, SC.

Kaylie Melville will serve as co-Artistic Director with Eugene Ughetti after ten years of collaboration with the ensemble.

The Journey Down is an epic road trip production travelling across the Kimberley and down the Pilbara and Coral Coasts to Perth.

For The Journey Down a broken old ute has been turned into a resonant cultural object which has been acquired by a major museum.
