Police explained how it all went down. They were able to move in quietly. They had the element of surprise. Cavalcante did not realize he was sur rounded until that occurred. The fiery crash happened on busy route 202 just after 12 30 saturday afternoon, a tractor trailer traveling northbound, carrying frozen turkies collided with 38 yearold adam swopes vehicle when the tractor trailer, overturn and fell in the southbound 202 lanes.
