Queensland Government: $30 million boost for domestic violence services
The Queensland Government will provide an extra $30 million in funding for domestic, family and sexual violence support programs as the state continues to tackle the rising demand on its systems. Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk also revealed a "Women's Safety and Justice Taskforce" will be set up to help decide future legislation.
