A global advocacy group, Amnesty International has said that nine years after Boko Haram insurgents abducted 276 students of a girls’ secondary school in Chibok, President Muhammadu Buhari-led Nigerian government has failed to rescue 98 of the girls still languishing in the terrorists’ den.
