WITH its provocative, hints of the bunker title, The Trump Show: Downfall (BBC2, Sunday) hardly hid where it was coming from. After three episodes charting the Trump presidency, the filmmakers were back to confirm how the story turned out. Not well, as could be seen from the opening scenes of ransacked offices at the Capitol.
Given how recent the events were, The Trump Show had a job to find new footage and fresh angles. Mostly it didn’t, save for a clip of the 2016 Trump-Clinton television debates in which the Republican hopeful raised doubts over whether he would concede the election if he lost. As we saw, he already had the playbook he used in 2020.

Marcella returned to ITV for its third series on Tuesday evening (January 26) and a LOT was different.
Series two ended with Marcella (Anna Friel) faking her own death, so now she's living a new life in Belfast as Keira Devlin – a blonde.
Of course, nothing is ever simple in Marcella's life, so rather than just laying low, she's working as an undercover cop and has already infiltrated a notorious crime family while dating a crooked accountant.

Marcella's third series gets underway with Anna Friel's detective infiltrating a Belfast gang

Viewers were left in shock by the return of Marcella after the hit ITV crime drama returned to their screens this evening.
The first episode of the third series saw Anna Friel's detective Marcella Backland go undercover and take on the name Keira Devlin to infiltrate one of Belfast's most notorious gangs, the Maguire family.
At the end of the second series in 2018, viewers were left reeling after witnessing Marcella become scarred both mentally and physically as she investigated crimes involving serial killers, paedophiles and witchcraft.
But she was eventually recruited into an undercover police unit and tonight's episode showed just how far Marcella would go to help bring down the Maguire family - including snitching on her boyfriend for embezzling company money.
