Earthquake or the tsunami, and you know, around them now this 30 kilometer line has actually become exclusionary zone. literally, these people are quarantined inside this zone, and where you could say they are being sheltered in place, in fact, they're being held as hostages in another sense, and as we understand it, food columns, convoys bringing food to these people are not moving ç beyond that 30 kilometer zone, not getting in there. so we are hearing pleas for food. we don't understand why there is not already extraordinary measures going onto send convoys in to put kids and pregnant wome...
