A 65-year-old Carson City man, Marty Gee Richmond, was arrested for felony child abuse and/or neglect Thursday afternoon in the 2900 block of Kit Sierra Way. According to the arrest report, Special Enforcement Team deputies went to the residence to serve the felony warrant for Richmond.

A Carson City man faces felony and misdemeanor drug charges after he was found to be in possession of heroin and syringes. Justin Waylon Scott, 21, is being held on $4,764 bail in the Carson City Jail.
