June is Aphasia Awareness month and the Koach Eitan Initiative is trying to get more people to know what aphasia means and how to communicate better with someone who is challenged with it.
The condition, which prevents those who have it from communicating, is relatively unknown, despite being more common than Parkinson’s disease.
