In this view, looking southeast, MLK is to the left of the Koz block. Koz Development is planning to develop a mostly vacant, irregular block at 3803 S. Warsaw St., in the Rainier Valley. It's bounded to the east by Martin Luther King Jr. Way South. April 27 is the first design review for the five-story, 125-unit plan, which Koz is designing in-house.

On a midblock site it owns, at 123 Bellevue Ave. E. on Capitol Hill, Koz Development is planning a now eight-story, 167-unit apartment building. The proposal, by the firm's in-house architect, has its next design review on Feb. 24, in what will be a virtual meeting.
