Sikkim Elections 2024 Results: The counting of votes for the Sikkim Assembly Elections 2024 commenced today with a high voter turnout of 80% in 32 assembly constituencies and one Lok Sabha seat. The ruling SKM party led by CM Prem Singh Tamang is facing tough competition from opposition parties like SDF, BJP, Congress, and CAP-S. Key candidates include former CM Pawan Kumar Chamling, former footballer Bhaichung Bhutia, and others, with results expected by 2 pm amidst tight security.
