Officers arrested a Stillwater man after he was accused of a vandalism spree that resulted in thousands of dollars’ worth of damage.Multiple Stillwater residents were left sitting on flats after police said the man slashed several tires.“We’re still looking anywhere from 25 to 30, 30 victims,” said Lt.
