WINCHESTER, Ky. (LEX 18) â It was a non-stop job for road crews and Kyle Steele of Winchester. Clark County plow trucks spent hours treating and scraping streets while Steele used a make-shift ice scraper to clear his windshield. It s a little piece of plastic because I don t have one, said Steele while chipping away at a quarter-inch of ice on his van.
