Lainya commissioner condemns killing of 3 civilians Authorities in Lainya County of Central Equatoria State have condemned the killing of three civilians by suspected armed Mundari cattle herders in Kenyi and Wuji Payams last weekend.  Lainya County commissioner Emmanuel Khamis Richard said that two civilians in Loka Boma of Kenyi Payam and another one in Limuro Boma of Wuji Payam and several others were injured in the two incidents. Central Equatoria citizens demand services as new govt is sworn in Citizens of Central Equatoria State said that there should not be room for laxity in the new state government, saying service delivery should be prioritized.
