Republican governors have done that for decades in the state of wisconsin. and talk about what's going on at the local level. you do have mayors and school boards and so on and so forth to negotiate contracts at the local level, and they don't want this language. about 200 public officials representing 20 cities showed up and said we don't want this language. and others throughout the state of wisconsin don't want the collective bargaining language in this particular legislation. they don't want any changes to it. because of its change it's going to rip their community apart like it's ripping ...
