Jan 19, 2021 The Lycoming County coroner has completed an autopsy of the 5-month-old child who was allegedly stabbed in the neck by her mother. However, because the investigation into the death of Cailani Faltz is still ongoing, the coroner could not release many details to the public. “The results of the autopsy are pending further testing and investigation into the cause and manner of the infant,” Kiessling said in a news release sent Saturday evening.
