they no longer have to investigate the criminal case, they don’t have to accept any evidence or witnesses after they charge somebody with a crime, that is simply how the Corrupt Commonwealth of Virginia operates.
So it was a serious poo-pooing of an actual criminal investigation with just a quick arrest and not even reviewing over the non-existent laboratory records, so it is perjury by officer Robert Jones of Martinsville Police Department because he claimed there was lab work, and certified in the arrest of Brian for indecent exposure that he was medically cleared but later admitted in federal court under oath that he never requested access to Brian’s medical records which would have proven that no lab work was ever done while claiming lab work was done.

Some interesting tweets have come out now about the widespread Federal Judicial Corruption. It has gotten so convincing in all of their lies, fraud, junk, and abuse against criminal defendants and civil litigants are being praised by people like Zach Vorhie with his message attacking Stanley Bolten’s secondary Twitter account @BenGate61221661, the former Google employee who claimed to have blown the whistle. Yes, Zach Vorhies, through Direct Messaging had criticized and ATTACKED our blog articles, and claiming that Laurie and I are being inflammatory against these nice little tyrannical Judges who have violated their oaths of office publicly in their actions and behavior.

The corrupt “United States Court of appeals for the Fourth Circuit” completely dismissed former USWGO alternative news reporter Brian D. Hill’s fraud upon the court ground and his actual innocence ground in his 2255 case under federal Writ of Habeas Corpus. It is a short memorandum opinion, then simply dismissed. No ruling on the actual merits, I do not believe that the corrupt “Fourth Circuit” is even reviewing over the evidence at all. The opinion being short for such a complex criminal case is very revealing that the Fourth Circuit federal court of appeals could care less about any appeal that Brian files at all.

It was reported on the yesterday’s Alex Jones Show and on David Knight’s twitter page that he was fired from Infowars, his category removed from Banned.video but his page can still be accessed at Banned.video at least for now. We will report if that page is also terminated in the future. We don’t like Infowars for their backstabbing and betraying nature. They ruined Brian D. Hill, formerly of the USWGO alternative news platform at uswgo.com. They may have been a big part in exposing the New-World-Disorder but they have been too egotistical and Alex Jones had not been there for his fallen comrades like Brian D. Hill.

Note: This corrupt judge from Roanoke, VA, yet another corrupt chief judge in the Western District of Virginia sends a message to the entire world wide web and this blog that Brian will never be acquitted ever under these corrupt U.S. district court NAZI judges.
They refuse to protect the constitutional rights of the American people including Julian Assange a journalist who helped cause Donald Trump to become President. It is time for the U.S. Military to declare “Law of War” on the traitors and seditionist Deep State, shut down our Federal Courts and State Courts, and implement temporary martial law and military tribunals for all corrupt federal judges for their crimes of high treason. Martial law under President Trump would be a better remedy than a civil war which turns neighborhoods into battlegrounds. Sovereign immunity cannot pertain to corrupt federal judges in military tribunals for high treason charges and insurrection. Time to ask for a president pardon of Brian D. Hill, time for President Trump to PARDON HIM NOW. And yes, the corrupt judges do deserve being called Nazis because the Nazi Party of Germany ignored the Weimer Constitution under Adolf Hitler, just like our judges now ignoring the Constitution, the evidence, and case law when it is inconvenient to the Government. We are being deprived of all liberty and reduced under absolute despotism.

Brian’s family have now uploaded some documents that show Brian D. Hill, formerly of USWGO alternative news have been mailing weekly letters, evidence, and reports to “The White House” directed to U.S. President Donald J. Trump to request that Brian receive a full pardon in his federal criminal case. The documents include a mailing log of each week of mailing, keeping an official record of all of his attempts at mailing the President of the United States. Brian had already mailed the White House for 8 times now and counting according to the mailing log records. Very detailed for such record keeping. The military could use Brian’s record keeping skills in any arrests made of the deep state swamp.
