Learning Session at Schliemann Center for Women: speaker: Diahanne VanGulick, Mruk Family Education Center on Aging, Tuesday, May 25, 11 am. An estimated 66 percent of caregivers being female, sometimes we forget to take care of ourselves. Diahanne will discuss how to deal with depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges that are common among women who care for an older relative or friend.
