　名古屋の入管施設に収容されていたスリランカ人の女性が死亡した問題で調査報告書が公表されました。明らかになったのは、入管側が女性の容体の悪化を軽視し、ずさんな対応に終始した実態です。　「最終報告書をとりまとめましたので、本日お持ちしました」（入管職員）　１０日、遺族の元に届けられた入管の報告書。　「私の姉が、人が死んだんです。こんなに時間がかかって原因がわからないのはどうしてですか」（遺族ポールニマさん）　名古屋入管に収容されていたスリランカ人のウィシュマ・サンダマリさんは今年３月、施設内で体調を崩し、死亡しました。死亡した経緯や原因をめぐり、入管庁は１０日、「最終報告書」を公表しましたが、死因は特定できないとしました。　報告書では、ウィシュマさんの体調の悪化が組織として共有されなかったことや、施設の医療体制の不備が指摘されています。そして、新たに明らかにされたのが、体調悪化に苦しんでいたウィシュマさんに浴びせられた入管職員の不適切な言動です。　「鼻から牛乳や」　「ねえ、薬きまってる？」　死亡する５日前、ウィシュマさんが体調悪化のためカフェオレを飲み込めず、鼻から出してしまったことに対し、職員が「鼻から牛乳や」と言ったり、死亡当日の朝も抗精神病薬を服用してうめき声をあげていたウィシュマさんに対し、「薬、きまってる？」などとからかうような発言をしたりしていたというのです。さらに・・・　「（ウィシュマさんの）体調不良の訴えは仮放免許可に向けたアピールではないかと認識していた者が認められる」　ウィシュマさんは通常の食事が取れず、歩くことも困難になっていましたが、職員は「仮放免のためのアピール」だと疑っていたといいます。　報告書は、「医療対応の必要な状況を見落とさない教育や意識改革が必要」だと指摘。入管を所管する法務大臣は・・・　「１人１人に向きあっていくという意識が、少しおろそかになっていたのではないか」（上川陽子法相）　入管庁は当時の名古屋入管の局長ら４人について、訓告などの処分としました。
