Apparently were called and exchanged gunfire with the suspect. we're told the suspect himself was shot. they don't know whether police shot him or he shot himself. at any rate, he's in crate cal condition at this point. the two victims are stable. their conditions are stable. lieutenant harvey saying he believes the victims are going to be okay. it looks like a case of the gunman going into this office building knowing his victims and opening fire there. we'll stay on top of it. if we learn more as the investigation develops. we'll take a quick break here. we'll be right back.
