Saturday, April 10, 2021 - 5:48 pm NORFOLK – The Hepburn Library of Norfolk continues to be open by appointment, for browsing, computer use, faxing, and copying, and to obtain NYS and Federal tax forms. Library staff is available to help schedule appointments for vaccines at clinics and pharmacies. The library is open Monday 10 a.m.-12 p.m. and 2-8 p.m., and Tuesday through Friday 10 a.m.-12 p.m. and 2-5 p.m. It is closed Saturday and Sunday.
