According to the weather department, varied intensity scattered T-storm was developing over isolated parts of Delhi-NCR, west Utter Pradesh, south Haryana and north Rajasthan.
Last week, the IMD had said that between September 14 and 15, a low pressure may develop over Mumbai, which may lead to heavy rain in the coming week.
The Safdarjung weather station, the city’s base observatory, recorded 9.8 mm of rainfall between 11.30 am and 5.30 pm on Saturday, while Palam recorded 11.5 mm and Aya Nagar observed 13.8 mm.
