DURHAM – When Wildcat Pizza at 3 Madbury Road closes its doors for the night at 8 p.m., a new takeout and delivery-based restaurant will operate onsite during the overnight hours. Seven University of New Hampshire seniors started a late night ghost kitchen out of Wildcat Pizza. Fry’d is a "late-night comfort food kitchen," inspired by the the lack of late night vegan and gluten-free food options in the area.
