Plans move forward for Log Road Solar
SMITHFIELD – Developers of a proposed eight-megawatt solar array at 175 Tarkiln Road returned to the Planning Board last Thursday with an updated plan that calls for less tree clearing and a new entrance and relocated solar panels further from sight. Attorney Timothy Kane, representing ISM Solar Development, said the project known as Log Road Solar received master plan approval in 2019.
