Needles. after the lawsuits against sellers of silicone breast implants and they bankrupted the dow corning company, they said we don't want to risk a lawsuit. today lawsuits terrorize people. make everything cost more and drive us of good stuff. on the other hand we don't want to ban all lawsuits. some are useful. some provide justice for victims and deter bad companies for bad doctors from doing bad things. how do we get rid of the bad and keep the good? some politicians wanted to cap lawsuits. that has helped lawsuits in a few states but i don't know that is fair. california has a $250,000 ...
