We’ve had a ton of Yakuza games release on Xbox over the last year or so, and we’ve recently seen Judgment spin-off to great effect. Now though SEGA and Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio are confirming that Lost Judgment will be coming to Xbox and PlayStation – giving not just all the details you will need, but that all-important release date too.  The sequel to the critically acclaimed Judgment, Lost Judgment will be arriving on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4 and PS5 in September, with a 24th September 2021 release date confirmed. It’ll be found in both digital and physical fashion. 

Ryu ga Gotoku Studio confirmed to IGN that Yakuza games will retain the recently-introduced turn-based RPG style.

Judgment centers around Takayuki Yagami, a detective following a case surrounding corpses whose eyes have been removed. The game takes place in Kamurocho, which has served as the setting for multiple titles in the Yakuza franchise. The game was originally released on the PlayStation 4 exclusively, but was ported to the PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Google Stadia on April 23 of this year.
