One of Australia's most popular restaurant chains, Lotus Dining, says its seven restaurants continue to trade after the group appointed liquidators to one of its subsidiaries.
According to Australian Securities and Investments Commission information, Lotus Dining Group Pty Ltd appointed Patrick Loi of Greengate Advisory as liquidator on Wednesday and would be wound up.

However, a spokeswoman for Lotus said the group was still trading as usual and looked forward to welcoming customers for Lunar New Year celebrations in coming weeks.
