A mob of over 800 men including supporters of hardline Islamist party Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) allegedly attacked a garment factory and lynched its general manager Priyantha Kumara (47), and burned his body over allegations of blasphemy
On further investigation, the entire incident came to light and seven persons including the headman of the village were arrested by the police.
55-year-old Pehlu Khan was killed by a group of cow vigilantes along the Jaipur-Delhi national highway on April 1, 2017.
