Deputy President David Mabuza says access to land is an act of social justice that cannot be delayed.

He says government is slowly making progress in this regard. 
"The process of releasing State land for agricultural purpose is targeted at vulnerable groups and our society and will empower woman, youth and people with disabilities."
He said we're ready to begin phase two of our coronavirus vaccination programme.
"We are confident that we are going to receive our Johnson and Johnson supply and we will be able to catch up on our phase one, so we are going to proceed and we are going to be patient. We are going to start on the 17th if everything goes well."
