The first page of the ballot and it was easy to miss it. it was below the instructions and just kind of like you're supposed to start in the middle where the governor was soch. so when they get to the hand count, that's not going to do bill nelson any good. his campaign has been suggesting they don't think that's the problem. they think there was some error with the machine counting, that they missed votes and missed some votes in the senate race. if that's the case, it would be impossible for bill nelson to pick up enough votes in this race. that's the campaign's theory and i think that's one...
