Thousands of ballots that have been rejected, we submit arbitrarily by supervisors of elections that need to be counted. these are people who voted, and depending on where you live, it might be countedover not be counted. that's another source of the delay. we'll go into recount tomorrow when the first unofficial results are tendered. we'll go into a machine recount and that could further alter the results because the under votes and over votes will be segregated out by the tabulating equipment and as if we're less than a quarter percent difference between the two candidates those over votes a...
