The Knox Mountain wildfire just north of downtown Kelowna, B.C., is now considered under control, according to the B.C. Wildfire Service.
A wildfire on Knox Mountain in Kelowna, B.C. that spurred the evacuation of more than 400 properties Saturday afternoon is now under control.
Those caught in the Knox Mountain or Paul's Tomb area could face a fine of up to $500, as it is still considered an active fire zone.
