NAPOLEON COUNCIL APPROVES SPECS FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

Council approved the Lynne Avenue waterline replacement, with a price-tag of about $205,000.There were also plans reviewed for the yearly sewer cleaning program, which is ordered by the EPA.
