Increase safety. it is not even the most substantial cost measures that a local school has to do. whatever you do in terms of legislation even if you had all your universal background check, bad guys are going to get guns and it will not solve the problem in the schools or diminish the need for greater security in the schools. our report, i hope that becomes the focus of the debate because that is what will solve problems long term for the safety our children. >>chris: i understand that and obviously newtown was the precipitating event but you would agree that making schools safer will do noth...
