It’s been a three-row SUV family favourite for generations with a hard won reputation for space, reliability and performance on- and off-road. But now the current 300 Series version of the Toyota LandCruiser (and its Lexus LX sibling) has been recalled for a potential fault in one of the modules controlling its 10-speed automatic transmission.

Pricing has increased for the 2024 model year across a number of Lexus models, including the majority of its popular SUV range. The NX, RX and LX SUVs have copped a slight price increase, but the UX small SUV remains the same as last year.

Mazda Australia has confirmed a small pricing change to its line-up, almost a standard rise across all models, which took place as of January 1. Pricing changes seen by CarsGuide were reported more recently than January, though the adjustment amounts to just $150 more for most models in the Mazda Australia range, aside from the lightly updated Mazda CX-5.

The all-new GX signals something of a first for Lexus in Australia, with the premium brand promising true off-road capability and on-road comfort, all wrapped up in one box-shaped package.
