Ava Nicole Stoudemire sentenced in 2020 fatal DUI crash in Pensacola
Stoudemire was driving north on North W Street at an estimated speed of 78 mph when she tried to make a left turn onto Marcus Pointe Boulevard, according to her arrest report. She was traveling too fast to negotiate the turn, and her car collided with two oncoming vehicles, according to the release. Stoudemire's backseat passenger, 27-year-old Tyrone Deonta Wilkins Jr., died from injuries in the crash. Both Stoudemire and her front seat passenger suffered serious injuries in the collision.
