The union that represents 9,000 CBSA workers said Friday they won't strike until at least Wednesday, as mediation continues.
The union representing the agents is trying to negotiate new labor agreement with the government but said they will strike if it's not secured by Friday.
The Canada Border Services Agency workers have already secured a strike mandate and are in mediation with the Treasury Board, which the union announced Friday will continue till Wednesday.
