After dispatchers receive dozens of accidental pocket calls from Kings Island, the Warren County installed new technology to help weed out the false calls from real emergencies.
Accidental 911 calls are coming from Kings Island, and there are so many that Warren County is using new technology to make sure the real emergencies are not ignored.
Recently, the Warren County Communications Center launched a text messaging service to keep callers updated on the status of their emergency and a number to call for followup or other information.
