The Management of Benue State University (BSU), Makurdi, has announced the suspension of all the 200-level to 600-level medical students of the institution for one month for carrying out a demonstration in the school. The suspension of the students was announced on Monday through an internal memo signed by the Registrar of the university, Dr Mfaga Modom. The suspension was further confirmed by the spokesperson of the university, Mr Tser Vanger.

She said the Management also noted with dismay the recalcitrant attitude of the students before, during and after the demonstration.

The Management of Benue State University in Makurdi has imposed a one-month suspension on all medical students from 200 to 600 levels.
