Look at these cases, it takes two things to bring indictment. you have to have the will as a prosecutor to bring the case and you have to have the evidence. everyone's seen the evidence in this case. more than enough to support an indictment. and i think what the prosecutor didn't have was the will to bring it. i think you're going to see a different outcome here with the federal review that's going on. different than what you're likely to see in ferguson. in this case, the justice department has the will to bring the indictment and i think they'll have the evidence. and i think at the end of ...
