Milltown is 'collateral damage' in bypass plan
The business community and landowners in Milltown have voiced criticism of plans to bypass Milltown, which they fear will be detrimental to the economic and social future of the town. The community feels that the project is being undertaken without any need for such a major infrastructural project, given that there is little or no traffic congestion, they claim.
