Mental health advocates say it’s never been more important to talk about issues that are arising in the pandemic, talk about coping skills.
On a bitter, windswept Thursday afternoon at the Bell Let’s Talk Day flag-raising ceremony not far from city hall, Cornwall Mayor Bernadette spoke about the event – and how the pandemic has affected her mental health.
