Are distinctions without a difference and they are explainable. any competent prosecutor, i know rachel can do this too. it's natural for human beings to basic press a description of events from one time to the next. the attack that ford describes involved both physical abuse and a sexual component. i'm not sure why mitchell made so much of that. it doesn't make any sense to me. in 20 years of doing this, prosecuting cases i've never witnessed a victim who sounded more compelling than she did. >> thank you so much for being here. appreciate both well, this evening, democrats on the judiciary...

Michael mentioned a report from rachel miller. she was the prosecutor hired by senate republicans to question dr. ford and judge kavanaugh although they decided to not have her question judge kavanaugh when she began asking him questions. we'll have more on what her memo says and what two veteran sex crimes prosecutors think about it. machine why bother mastering something?
