The Delhi High Court rejected a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) against an Indian Army advertisement mandating CLAT-PG 2023 score as an eligibility qualification for induction of law graduates into the Judge Advocate General Branch (JAG) branch. The court ruled that prescribing educational qualifications was not within the domain of the court and could not interfere with the requirement of CLAT-PG score.
