Hungary Wins 15 Medals at European Aquatics Championships
Hungarian champions, both upcoming and well-known, finished the LEN European Aquatics Championships in Budapest with excellent results. Five gold, four silver, and six bronze medals were won by Hungary, placing it in sixth place on the continent.
The European Aquatics Championships, held at the Duna Arena in Budapest between May 10 and 23, finished with Russia, Great Britain, and Italy in the top three spots, with the only other countries that finished ahead of Hungary being Ukraine and the Netherlands.
Hungary has been performing so well in the 200-meter butterfly of the European Aquatics Championships in Budapest that teammates have practically been competing with one another.
